We have teamed up with Chef Gennaro Silvestri to bring cooking to The Edge.

Price is per Couple. Maximum 12 guests per event. Wine pairing available (1 glass per person).

January 13th & 27th: Rabbit Menu

Appetizer: Pulled Rabbit Sliders
Main Course: Tuscan Rabbit with Pancetta & Rosemary
Dessert: Citrus Sorbet


February 10th & 24th: Venison Menu

Appetizer: Shaved buck's heart & remoulade 
Main Course: Slow cooked venison masala with wild rice & garlic naan
Dessert: Chocolate dipped strawberries
